My work centers on helping individuals and couples uncover unconscious patterns, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward deeper meaning and fulfillment. Using a psychodynamic approach to uncover hidden or deeper drivers for your life, we will explore more of what allows you to become your whole and enlivened self. Together, we’ll create a space where all parts of you are seen, valued, and understood.

True healing unfolds within the safety of a trusted relationship. Specializing in complex trauma, mood and personality disorders, and culturally sensitive care for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, I provide affirming support to folks from all walks of life. As a first-generation BIPOC woman, my personal experiences in bicultural spaces have given me a significant understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a medical doctor now pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology, I am passionate about offering a holistic approach to healing that connects the mind, body, and soul.

James Hillman reveals: "the soul is not found in the concrete events of the outer world, but in the deeper meanings that those events carry." This resonates with how I view healing— it's about making sense of your story and finding the meaning-making in it together.

I believe that real healing happens within relationships, especially the therapeutic relationship. The process of sitting with another person, being truly seen and heard, can unlock parts of ourselves we may not even be aware of. My work centers around helping you uncover those unconscious drivers, the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and guiding you toward a life that feels more free and meaningful. Together, we can explore those places with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Outside of the therapy room, I find grounding in dance, running, and meditation. These practices help me stay connected to myself and mirror the holistic way I approach our work. I’m here to provide a safe and inviting space where we can work together to untangle the challenges you’re facing and move toward a more empowered and fulfilling life.
