Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY 31901) & Supervisor (she/her)
Founder, Inner Guide Therapy Los Angeles

As a trauma-informed psychologist, I believe that our relationship patterns reflect protective mechanisms we developed as children. While these mechanisms may have helped us adapt to our early environments, as adults they can make us rigid in our ways of thinking and being. This inflexibility is what often leads to psychological symptoms such as social anxiety, low self-esteem, and depressed mood.

This is why I believe that growth and transformation happen within the context of a healing relationship, one in which we can learn to be seen, accept care, and find safety within ourselves rather than seeking comfort in the external world.

Therapy is about helping you create a life with intention, weaving together decisions from your inner wisdom and intuition. Together we can process stuck emotions, stale patterns, and repressed needs and desires to help you let go and move on to more fulfilling, compassionate, and empowering relationships.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, including schools, hospitals, community clinics, and residential treatment centers. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Cornell University, I earned my doctorate at Yeshiva University in New York City and completed my APA-accredited internship at Nassau University Medical Center with a focus on psychological assessment and treatment of adolescents and families. I am a former member of the Board of the Group Psychotherapy Association of Los Angeles (GPALA).

I would love to hear from you and hope you reach out today!
