Registered Psychological Associate (PSB 94028541) (she/her)

Supervised by Amanda Lomanov, Psy.D. (PSY 31901)

Hi, my name is Dr. Palõmi Sheth, and I’m here to walk alongside you on this brave journey of self-discovery and healing. As a first-generation BIPOC woman, my path has been shaped by personal and professional experiences that deeply inform the work I do today. I come with a unique blend of medical knowledge as an MD and specialize in psychodynamic psychology. Currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, I’m passionate about offering a holistic approach that connects mind, body, and soul.

As James Hillman reveals: "the soul is not found in the concrete events of the outer world, but in the deeper meanings that those events carry," resonates with how I view healing—it's about making sense of your story and finding the meaning-making in it together.

I believe that real healing happens within relationships, especially the therapeutic relationship. The process of sitting with another person, being truly seen and heard, can unlock parts of ourselves we may not even be aware of. My work centers around helping you uncover those unconscious drivers, the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and guiding you toward a life that feels more free and meaningful. Together, we can explore those places with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Specializing in complex trauma, personality and mood disorders, and navigating issues within BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, I recognize the importance of being understood, integrated and valued. I also work closely with couples to help them reconnect and navigate the dynamics of their relationship with greater awareness. My personal experiences in bicultural spaces have given me a significant understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Outside of the therapy room, I find grounding in dance, running, and meditation. These practices help me stay connected to myself and mirror the holistic way I approach our work. I’m here to provide a safe and inviting space where we can work together to untangle the challenges you’re facing and move toward a more empowered and fulfilling life.

I look forward to hearing from you and making a meaningful connection today.
